Rugged Menz is always committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied (manufacturing defect) with something you purchased from us, you may exchange it within 7 days of the invoice any handling costs. The exchange/refund policy is subject to the following terms and condition:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Returned items must only be exchanged with products available in the stock which has the same value or higher value. No cash refund.
- If we see that the return is due to some manufacturing defect, Rugged Menz will give full refund for the products by exchanged with products available in the stock which has the same value or higher value.
